Food and Agriculture analytics in the age of mobile spectroscopy

This talk will review the latest developments in mobile spectrometer technology. Various designs of 'chip' type spectrometers will be introduced along with some interesting applications in field-based food analytics.

Anshuman is the cofounder of Labby Inc., that is developing breakthrough mobile spectrometer technologies for industrial applications. Previously he was a Research Scientist at MIT Media Lab and MIT Tata Center for Technology and Design. A physicist by training, Anshuman's research lies at the intersection of materials, sensors and computational imaging.
